Austin Bar to Host ‘Winning at Trial: Ultimate Trial Notebook’

The Austin Bar Association will host “Winning at Trial: Ultimate Trial Notebook” on Nov. 15. Registrants can learn the art of:

  • Conducting the perfect voir dire.
  • Handling an effective cross-examination.
  • Flawlessly presenting expert witnesses.

The event, which offers 5.75 hours in CLE credit, will be held at the Vinson & Elkins Conference Center at 2801 Via Fortuna, Suite 100. It runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. with a happy hour to follow that is sponsored by Barringer Document Services.

The cost is $135 for Civil Litigation section members; $160 for Austin Bar Association & AYLA members; $170 for nonmembers. $115 for Government lawyers.
